I can be reached between 8am and 8pm eastern standard time. If I am not in, leave a message and I will call you back ASAP.

When ordering sweaters, in addition to colors, which you can choose from the yarn charts, (colors will not always be exactly as they appear on your screen), I will need to know such things as age and current size of clothing the individual is currently wearing, and also choice of fibers. If you are unsure of colors or sizes, I will be happy to share with you what really looks good together. In the end, the choices are always yours.

Payment Options

I accept PayPal, personal checks and money order/cashiers checks. Please make checks payable to “Judy’s Hand Knits”.

With personal checks, I will let you know when I am ready to ship your items, and as soon as your check clears, I will mail your items priority mail (2-3 days).

Our Policies

For custom orders, I will contact you via email to get as much information as possible, regarding colors and sizing information.

Returns

We will work with you to be sure you are completely satisfied. We will be sure we understand each other before we begin your project. If we have made an error, we will exchange the item for the correct size or color.
